MSConsults provides B2B client acquisition services, including but not limited to: AI-powered outreach automation, cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, paid advertising management, landing page design, and lead generation consulting. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking a call, filling out forms, or communicating with us. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for any activity that occurs under your account.
By providing your contact information (including phone number and email address) through our website, booking pages, or other communication channels, you expressly consent to receive communications from MSConsults, including:

MSConsults offers certain performance guarantees as described on our website and in individual service agreements. These guarantees are subject to the specific terms outlined in your signed service agreement. Website descriptions of guarantees are general in nature; the binding terms of any guarantee are those contained in your executed service agreement.
Payment terms, fees, and refund policies are specified in your individual service agreement. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional charges as specified in your agreement.
All content on the MSConsults website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MSConsults LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
Upon completion of your service term (as defined in your service agreement), ownership of deliverables created specifically for you (including email domains, sequences, landing pages, and ad accounts) transfers to you as specified in your agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client lists, pricing information, and performance data. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSConsults LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MSConsults in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we make every effort to deliver results as described, we do not guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement. Results may vary based on factors including your industry, product, pricing, and market conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MSConsults LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Termination of services is governed by the terms of your individual service agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Calendly, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
